Proactive Service Agreement (PSA)

At Harold Floyd Heating & Air, Inc., we offer a Proactive Service Agreement (PSA) to our residential customers in which we will call, set up a time, and come out every 6 months to service and maintain your heating and cooling equipment. 

The advantage of purchasing the Proactive Service Agreement is that you will not only receive a discounted price for the service and maintenance twice a year but will also receive a discount on any additional service rendered and there will never be an overtime rate charged during the duration of your contract.
